WE ARE LOCATED IN AUSTRALIA AND ARE UNABLE TO EXPORT BIRDS OVERSEAS
Please note that we are not a business and breeding and selling birds is just a hobby for us. In addition to looking after our birds we work full time jobs as well as caring for our children.We are happy to answer all your questions whether it be about lovebird care or birds for sale, but please be patient. Phone calls are preferred to emails as we can answer your questions faster and easier that way.Please do not send text messages.
Aviary visits for buying birds are strictly by appointment only which must be made over the phone.Saturday mornings between 8-10am is the preferred pick up time and a phone call on the Friday night before 7.00pm is the best time to make an appointment .Pick ups outside of these times can sometimes be arranged, but due to personal commitments are not always available.Due to some dishonest people,upon arrival to our home,photo ID will need to be shown and will be recorded along with your vehicles registration number .When visiting our premises, please observe the following -
Do not bring any other animals with you.(cats, dogs etc)
Please do not park in the driveway or on the footpath.Parking on the street is fine but please do not block any driveways.
Please do not smoke on our premises.
Children are welcome, but please keep them under your control.
All transaction's are 'Cash Only'.(no exceptions)
You are never at any time under any obligation to buy birds from us. Please choose carefully as no refunds or exchanges will be given once the birds have been sold.If you are not sure of these terms, please feel free to discuss them with us over the phone when making an appointment.
